About Trainer Christy
Christy has been working in the fitness industry since 1999, and has certified with AFAA, ACE, and FiTOUR in Group Exercise, Yoga, Pilates, Kickboxing, Stability Ball Training, Group Barbell Conditioning, Core & Functional Training, Bootcamp Fitness, and Personal Training. She has also certified with Reebok University in Coreboard Training & Body Training Systems RPM, as well as Zumba® and TRX. She has worked with a variety of age groups and designed specialty classes such as Go-Go Robics for preschoolers, Teen Fitness, Stroller Fitness, Shakti Running, Partner Yoga, and Senior Strength and Stretch. Her personal training services cover weight loss, cleaner eating, metabolic makeovers, strength & cardio training, yoga/Pilates, running alignment, and conquering body image issues in order to live your happiest, healthiest life!
Christy worked as the land aerobics supervisor at American Fork Fitness Center in UT for several years, then taught and trained in CT for 4 years before moving to FL, where she now teaches group fitness classes at Nocatee & Del Webb Fitness Clubs & provides personal training to women & youth in the convenience of their own homes. Christy has completed 10 Ragnar relays & multiple half marathons, 7 full marathons, a sprint-distance triathlon, & 4 bikini bodybuilding competitions. She contributes to the prestigious IDEA Fitness Journal & is a freelance writer/editor. She was also the star of over 90 workout videos at fitflicks.com. In her spare time, she loves hiking, reading, and trying out all the local restaurants with her husband & 3 kids. |

Small group training is an additional $15 per person per session.
Example: for a Classic session, 1 client would cost $75, 2 clients would split the total cost of $90 ($45 each), 3 clients would split the total cost of $105 ($35 each), and so on. Recommended max is 6 in a session, depending on space availability. PAYMENT: Trainer Christy accepts cash, checks made payable to Christy Stevenson, & PayPal. |
Initial Assessment $105
This session, usually 60-90 minutes, is recommended for all new clients. Get baseline measurements (if applicable) for cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, body composition, girth, alignment/posture, and nutritional habits/lifestyle. Design specific goals & receive an individualized plan that includes an exercise program, suggested meal plans, and more to help you achieve YOUR goals! May be followed up with more training services if you wish.

The Classic $75
This 1-hr session is a whole body strength workout utilizing the strength equipment accessible to you, as well as Trainer Christy's portable training equipment (stability ball, resistance tubing, dumbbells, etc.). Learn the optimum exercises to strengthen upper body, lower body, and core. Post-workout stretch included.
The Extreme & Lean $75
This 1-hr session includes high-intensity cardio intervals with powerful strength intervals to lean out your entire body! Geared to your own fitness level—anyone can do it but be prepared to work at max levels the entire hour!

The Yoga $85
This 1-hr session of one-on-one yoga provides attention you cannot receive in a large class setting. Designed for your own fitness level & goals, the session can be invigorating & strenuous or slow & relaxing. Includes a 10-minute relaxing savasana at end, more if needed. Supply your own mat. Props provided.
The Runner $85
This 90-minute session includes live, video, and picture assessment of your running form, as well as alignment assessment of your standing form. Based on yogic principles of form/alignment, Chi running method, & laws of motion—learn ways to use form, foot strike, arm swing, leg swing, core, posture, & proper breathing to improve your speed, efficiency, turnover rate, & avoid injury. Session can be held at running trail of choice.
